How The Weight Loss Program Works

This is a 3 month weight loss program that gets results. Each month you will have 2 in-depth weight loss hypnosis sessions which create lasting behavioural change by altering the subconscious minds understanding of it beliefs and values of self. Powerful self-hypnosis are taken home so that positive reinforcement of behavioural change can keep taking place between hypnosis sessions. You will be given a 3 month progressive home workout system that is quick and effective for maximum weight loss in as little at 20 minutes per workout. Plus you will receive a comprehensive eating plan that is weight loss specific, but still high on taste and nutritional value. The best part is that I will be your coach along the entire process. I will do my best to inspire you, keep you motivated and be that person in your corner every step of the way!
